NB: If you want a certain cut or certain amounts of meat, please contact us by mail restaurant@ditlevsdal.dk or phone: +45 64 80 12 27, in order that we can be sure to deliver the desired cut.

In the farmshop at Ditlevsdal you can buy bison meat in a variety of cuts, together with a number of bison specialeties.
We also sell a variety of souvenirs – from our own farm and from USA. Souvenirs such as teddy bears, T-shirts, magnets, specialty beer, Ditlevsdal’s red wine – a Zinfandel from California, beautiful cutting boards from Stuff, bowls, plates, bison hides, skulls, gift cards and much more.
We are always ready to provide advice and inspiration for your next bison menu!
